Tomato-Zucchini Cookies

¾ cup butter
1-½ cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
½  cup grated green tomato
1 cup grated zucchini unpeeled
1 tsp. vanilla
2-½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking power
1 tsp. baking soda
1-½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
1-½ cup raisins

Cream butter and sugar well.  Beat in eggs one at a time.  Add zucchini, tomatoes and vanilla.  Stir remaining dry ingredients together and add to moist mixture.  Mix well.  Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.  Makes 5 dozen.
